KineLang provides automated translation services for websites through:

• A JavaScript widget for real-time translation
• REST API for programmatic translation
• A dashboard for managing projects and API keys

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

4. Usage Limits & Billing

• Each plan includes a monthly character limit
• Unused characters do not roll over to the next month
• Exceeding limits will pause translation services until renewal
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Translate content that violates intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer our systems
• Share API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
• Overload our systems with excessive requests

6. Translation Quality

• Translations are provided "as-is" using AI technology
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy
• Critical content should be reviewed by human translators
• We continuously work to improve translation quality

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original content
• Translated content remains your property
• KineLang retains rights to the Service, software, and branding

8. Limitation of Liability

KineLang is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Translation errors or inaccuracies
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of data or business
• Any indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
