KineLang operates as a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate costs incurred for AI processing (OpenAI/Google API usage) upon service delivery:

Policy: All payments made to KineLang are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused limits.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing an instant digital service, and you waive any right to a refund unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Unlike physical goods, our product is consumed the moment you use it to translate content. Our strict no-refund policy is in place because:

  • Irrevocable Usage: Once translation quotas are allocated or used, we incur irreversible costs from third-party providers (OpenAI, Google Cloud).
  • Immediate Access: You receive instant access to the full features of your selected plan upon payment.
  • Free Testing: We provide a Free Tier/Trial specifically so you can evaluate the technical feasibility and quality of KineLang before committing to a paid subscription.

Please ensure that you fully test our service using the free options available to ensure it meets your requirements before purchasing.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard settings.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation will stop future billing. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Access: You will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Partial Refund: Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

4. Billing Errors & Exceptions

While our policy is strict, we will review specific cases involving billing errors, such as:

  • Duplicate charges for the same billing period due to technical error.
  • Charges made after a cancellation was successfully processed and confirmed by our system.
